Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers amazing rooms with functional and tasteful decorations, great showers, and nice space, though they can be crowded at times. The service is accommodating and even pet-friendly, although it could be more organized in certain aspects. The location is ideal for transit near the SF airport or exploring nearby cities like Palo Alto and Menlo Park. Dining options are limited to Italian dishes only, and the facilities are well-maintained.
I had a relaxing and awesome stay at the hotel. The rooms were well equipped, stylish, and extremely functional with great taste in decoration. The outdoor area and pool added to the nice atmosphere, although I didn't get to swim. The service was attentive despite some organizational issues with the separate company handling dry cleaning. The location was wonderful, especially for those in transit to or from the SF airport, and it's close to Palo Alto and Menlo Park. Unfortunately, the dining options were limited, but the various salads were a decent choice.
The hotel has stylish and well-equipped rooms decorated with taste. While the space was a bit crowded, the great shower and functional design made up for it. The outside area and pool were nice, even though I didn't swim. However, the noise from the refrigerator was a bit bothersome.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were extremely functional and relaxing, decorated with good taste, but they felt a bit crowded with limited space to move around. The shower was great, but the noise from the refrigerator bothered me at times.
The hotel had crowded rooms, making it hard to move around and fully enjoy, yet they were well-equipped and stylish. The outside area and pool were nice, although I didn't swim. Overall, the atmosphere was totally relaxing and awesome, with functional rooms decorated tastefully, a great shower, and good space.
I found the hotel to be in a wonderful location, especially for those in transit to or from the SF airport. The rooms were functional and tastefully decorated, with a great shower and ample space. While the valet service could be more organized and there was a slight issue with credit card transactions, the overall service was attentive and friendly. The hotel's location near Palo Alto and Menlo Park was convenient, representing a well-respected choice for travelers. However, it was a disappointment to see pool areas not cleaned promptly as in higher-end hotels, but the natural surroundings made up for it. Unfortunately, the dining options were limited, but the hot pot dishes were a noteworthy choice.
